and sweet chili drizzle over white rice and luau leafs

(mild tender fi let) grilled or blackened served over caramelized Maui onion mashed potato with roasted red pepper garlic sauce


Mahi Olowalu (dorado) (gf)

(mild white fi let) cajun seared over caramelized Maui onion mashed potato with a tropical salsa and balsamic drizzle

Island fi sh rubbed with fresh herbs and spices,
black tiger shrimp, mussels, calamari, Maui sausage,
onions, and tomato in a savory broth over quinoa topped
with fresh cilantro sprigs. Pesco-vegetarian option available
